This spacious retreat features 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The layout is designed for convenience, with the primary bedroom featuring an ensuite bathroom and a second bathroom centrally located between the other bedrooms. For those needing extra sleeping options, air mattresses are available upon request prior to check-in.

Step outside to a paradise of activity and leisure. You can enjoy a dip in the brand new modern large pool and spa, or challenge your group to a game of basketball on the 25’ x 20’ custom court. The outdoor area is fully equipped for fun, featuring a gas BBQ, a gas fire pit with seating for four, and oversized games like connect four and corn hole. Relax in the lounge chairs and take in the beautiful mountain views.

Indoors, the entertainment continues in the dedicated game room, complete with billiards, an arcade basketball game, and plenty of board games. The living spaces are furnished with all new, comfortable furniture and three smart TVs equipped with Youtube TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes an espresso machine, a 12-cup coffee brewer, and a dining area that seats 8, plus an additional 4 spots at the kitchen island.

Located centrally to the best of the region, you are only 12 miles from downtown Palm Springs, 23 miles to Pioneertown, and 26 miles to Joshua Tree.

• Check-in: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Pet-friendly with prior approval; $200 deposit required ($50 applied to the first pet, $25 for subsequent pets).
• Pool/Spa Heating: Pool heating ($100/daily) and Spa heating ($35/daily) are available on demand. Please request 24 hours in advance.
• Noise: Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM per Riverside County and City ordinances.
• Occupancy: Maximum 8 overnight guests; additional 4 guests allowed during the daytime.
• Policies: This is not a party house. Festival bookings (Coachella/Stagecoach) are non-refundable.
