The well-appointed kitchen features modern appliances and ample counter space, and includes a convenient washer/dryer. The open living and dining area boasts two separate living rooms connected by a glass door, perfect for groups who want to enjoy different activities.

Upstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms, including a queen bedroom and a bedroom with a double and twin bed, as well as a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Each bedroom has a window air conditioning unit to keep you comfortable.

Step outside and you'll be greeted by a patio with an outdoor dining table, gas grill, and Adirondack chairs to soak up the bay views. A hammock sits just down the hill, leading to the private association beach access path. During low tide, you can enjoy the exposed beach, while high tide brings the water right up to the seawall.

Additional amenities include complimentary access to local attractions, activities, and golf courses through our Xplorie partnership. Sorry, no pets allowed at this property. Maximum parking is 4 cars, with no parking on the lawn.
