Designed for easy one-floor living, the home features 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The interior is highlighted by an open Living, Dining, and Kitchen area, where an oversize window facing the street floods the space with natural light. The full bathroom includes a shower, making the layout especially ideal for families with little ones. To ensure your comfort across the seasons, the home is equipped with central AC for the summer and central heat for the fall.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. The kitchen side entry opens to a wrap-around deck that overlooks a private backyard—a space perfectly suited for an afternoon game of whiffle ball. This outdoor oasis comes complete with a gas grill and a table with an umbrella and outdoor furniture. Inside, guests have access to a small portable washing machine and a traditional clothes line, though please note there is no dryer.

Situated in a prime location, you can simply step out the door, cross the street, and walk past three houses to find a path through the dunes leading to the sandiest beach in Sandwich. For those bringing bikes, a short ride to the end of the street provides direct access to the Cape Cod Canal bike path.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: Maximum of 3 cars; parking on the lawn is strictly prohibited at all times.
• Pets: Dog-friendly (dogs only). One dog is permitted with a $25 per night fee; a second dog may be considered with owner approval for an additional $25 per night fee. A Pet Registration form is required.
• Linens: Sheets and towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own or arrange rentals through a local linen provider. Mattress covers, pillows, and bed covers are provided.
• Smoking: No smoking of any kind (tobacco, other substances, or e-cigarettes) is allowed inside or outside the home.
• Booking: Guests must be 25+ years old unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. A 7-night Saturday-to-Saturday reservation is required during peak summer weeks.
