A second bathroom with a combination tub and shower is conveniently located across from the guest bedroom.

The living and dining area is designed for relaxation and gathering, featuring a leather sectional sofa, flat screen TV, a breakfast bar, and a dining table that seats six. The full kitchen is equipped with every major appliance, including a refrigerator/freezer, gas cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Outside, the back patio provides a peaceful spot for alfresco dining with a table for four. For added convenience, a stacked washer/dryer is located in a hall closet.
