The main Skelton House features a primary bedroom with a king bed, room-darkening shades, and zoned heating/cooling, along with a spacious bathroom boasting a double vanity, walk-in shower, and separate soaking tub. An enclosed wraparound sunroom adds a queen bed, a game table, and a desk overlooking the desert, kept comfortable by a swamp cooler. The eclectic living room is equipped with a large Roku-connected TV and a Sonos sound system with ceiling speakers, while the galley kitchen includes an electric cooktop, wall oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a dual drip/Keurig coffee maker.

A short walk away, the detached Guest Cabin/Studio offers a private escape. It features a king bed with room-darkening shades, a cozy seating area with two loveseats, and a large-screen Roku TV with a Sonos soundbar. This cabin maintains its vintage character with original 1950s tilework in the full bathroom and a decorative stone fireplace. It also includes its own separate kitchen with tile countertops, an apartment-sized fridge, and an electric stove/oven.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the compound, with multiple patios featuring lounge chairs and dedicated dining areas. Guests can enjoy a shared propane BBQ and the minimal light pollution makes the grounds a genuine favorite for astrophotography and stargazing.

Location: Situated in the Indian Cove residential area of Twentynine Palms, the property provides easy access to the 49 Palms Oasis trail. Please note that access to the home requires traveling on a dirt road.

• Pets: Not allowed
• Requirements: A signed Rental Agreement and valid photo ID/Passport are required per local ordinance. A security deposit is processed as a hold authorization via OwnerRez.
• Security: 24/7 exterior video/audio cameras are located on the southeast and southwest corners focusing on driveways.
• Note: As this is a high-desert property, guests may encounter desert wildlife and should be aware that nearby military exercises may cause occasional noise. The home has no fencing and requires climbing a short flight of stairs for entry.
