• Pets: Allowed with a fee of $100 per pet per stay
• Extra Guests: $25 per person, per night for guests beyond the first two
• Cowboy Tub: To keep water clean from desert wind and sand, the tub is not prefilled. Guests may fill it themselves, or request pre-filling 24 hours in advance for a $60 fee
• Noise & Community: Quiet hours begin at 11:00 PM. The property uses NoiseAware technology to ensure a peaceful environment for all
• Prohibitions: No smoking inside, no shooting, and no hunting
• Guest Policies: Only registered guests are allowed on the premises; visitors require prior approval. Parties are strictly prohibited
• Maintenance: Please do not disconnect any devices; WiFi resets performed by staff are charged at $150/hr. Use only toilet paper in the toilets to avoid clogs and avoid using towels for makeup removal
