- Cowboy Tub: To keep water clean from desert wind and sand, the tub is not prefilled. Guests may fill it themselves, or request pre-filling 24 hours in advance for a $60 fee
- Noise & Community: Quiet hours begin at 11:00 PM. The property uses NoiseAware technology to ensure a peaceful environment for all
- Prohibitions: No smoking inside, no shooting, and no hunting
