The home is thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 6 guests, featuring 3 bedrooms and 3 beds across two levels, supported by 2 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are located on the main floor, while the third bedroom occupies the entire top floor, providing a private sanctuary (though please note there is no door to the staircase). Each bedroom is equipped with its own smart TV for your convenience.

Designed for those who love the water and the outdoors, this retreat offers an array of gear to maximize your stay. Guests have access to two kayaks and two youth lifejackets for launching from the community dock, as well as beach chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, coolers, boogie boards, noodles, and various toys. Whether you spend your time at the private Agawam Beach or venture to Little Harbor Beach (two miles), Onset Public Beach (three miles), or Swifts Neck Beach (five miles), you will be well-equipped for fun. The owner also provides the required passes for Little Harbor and Swifts Neck beaches.

Inside, the home is a cool, bright respite featuring mini-split AC throughout and plentiful windows. The layout includes a living room with a smart TV, a well-equipped kitchen, and a light-filled dining room perfect for pancake breakfasts or evening board games. For entertainment, escape to the basement game room, which boasts another smart TV, an arcade-style hoop shoot, and tables for foosball, air hockey, and shuffleboard. Outdoor living is equally impressive, with a gas grill for barbecues, an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach, and front and rear decks with tables for alfresco dining.

Located within three miles of downtown Onset's shops and restaurants, Little Harbor Country Club, and Water Wizz of Cape Cod, you are perfectly positioned to explore the best of the area.
