Please keep the home smoke-free, and fireworks are not permitted on the property. We ask that you respect your neighbors' privacy and property - kayaks and fire pits are for your use only, and please stay off neighboring areas. Occupancy should not exceed 4 guests for any extended period. No more than 2 additional day visitors are welcome during daytime hours. Please park in your designated spaces only - the fire lane must remain open for emergency vehicles. In winter, set the thermostat to 55 when you depart. In summer, turn off the A/C and close all windows when you leave. Please lower umbrellas when not in use to protect them from wind damage.

Collect any dirty dishes and start the dishwasher. Leave sheets on the beds. (Don’t worry about washing them—we’ve got it covered.) If you used any parking or recreation passes, put them back in their original place. Don't forget to pack up all of your belongings. Leave something behind? Don't worry—if we find your item, we're happy to mail it back to you. You only have to pay for shipping.
