HOUSE RULES No Parties or Illegal Activity No parties, excessive noise, or illegal activity is allowed on the property.

No Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. If any sign of smoking is discovered, the guest authorizes the owner to charge a minimum $500 cleaning fee.

Cleaning and Damages Each property will be professionally cleaned and inspected after your departure. If excessive wear and tear is found or if additional cleaning is needed due to stains on furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, the guest authorizes the owner to bill for additional cleaning fees.

Occupancy and Noise Violations If the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or excessive noise complaints are received, the owner reserves the right to evict the guest and all occupants immediately. A minimum service fee of $500 will be charged.

Travel Insurance Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.

Security Hold A $500 security hold will be placed on your credit card 2 days before your arrival. It will be released within 5 days after your stay, provided there are no damages or issues. Your reservation will be canceled if the security hold fails.

Pets Please be sure to clean up after your pet. A $100 per pet fee applies, paid at booking. If you bring pets without notice the fee will be $200 per pet, charged against the security deposit. Any pet waste removal will incur an extra charge as well and any damage cause by pets.

Required Documents Guests are required to sign the Rental Agreement (RA) and provide a government-issued ID.
