• Age Requirement: Must be 25+ to book. For every three guests under 25, at least one person 25+ must be staying.
• Pets: Allowed (30 lbs or less) with a fee of $150 per dog plus tax. Pets must be crated if left alone.
• Special Rates: Snow Bird rates are available for January and February at $2780 per month (includes cleaning and tax; excludes Airbnb fees). Other months may be considered based on availability.
• Contract: Guests booking via third-party platforms will be sent a contract link for record-keeping purposes.
