Designed for maximum comfort and privacy, the chalet features 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests. The sleeping arrangements include three primary king en-suite suites with Smart TVs and an oversized luxury bunk room featuring two queen beds and two twin XL bunks with its own en-suite. For kids and teens, the home offers four private loft sleeping cubbies, each equipped with its own door, twin XL bed, Smart TV, climate control, lighting, and power outlet.

The interior is defined by resort-style spaces, including a main family room with 25-foot vaulted ceilings, custom beams, and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the forest. Entertainment is abundant in the loft game room, which boasts a custom slate pool table, foosball, ping pong, and a lounge area with two 55-inch Smart TVs. For those who love to cook, the chef-caliber gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with quartzite countertops, a large island, and professional GE Café appliances, including a 36-inch range. A separate wet bar and lounge area provide the perfect spot for movie nights or late-night hangs.

Outdoor living is where the Sugar Pine experience truly shines. Guests can relax in the private spa hot tub, unwind in the custom dry sauna that seats up to 10, or gather around the large fire pit and outdoor gas fireplace. The property includes three covered decks totaling 1,800 square feet, a 14-person outdoor dining table, a 6-burner propane BBQ, and a rare 5-hole putting green. For active fun, cornhole and giant connect four are available on the large private lot.

Located just minutes from Duck Creek Village, the chalet provides easy access to Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon National Park, as well as endless hiking, ATV trails, skiing, and snowmobiling.
