Practical Information & Rules:

• Maximum Occupancy: Strictly limited to 17 guests per fire code (infants included). Exceeding this limit will result in cancellation.
• Pets: Dogs are welcome with a fee of $150 + tax for the first dog and $50 + tax for each additional dog. Dogs must remain leashed outdoors. Cats are not permitted due to allergy concerns.
• Winter Travel: Due to snow and ice, AWD or 4WD vehicles are strongly recommended.
• Rural Living: Please be mindful of local wildlife (bears, foxes, coyotes, deer) and avoid leaving food or trash outside. Note that power or internet may be interrupted during inclement weather.
