About Property

Discover the quintessential New England beach vacation at this sweet, snug cottage nestled in one of Middletown's best spots on the coveted Easton's Point. Perfectly positioned for summer seekers, this charming and recently renovated retreat offers a serene, family-friendly atmosphere just half a mile from Easton's Beach and Sachuest Beach.

The home features a layout designed for family bonding, with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The sleeping arrangements include one private queen bedroom and two cozy adjoining twin rooms. Each twin room is equipped with a pull-out trundle that converts to a queen size, allowing the home to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Please note that the twin bedrooms are joined, requiring guests to pass through one to reach the other, making it an ideal setup for families with children. Because these rooms lack closets, the space can become tight when trundles are extended.

Inside, you will find a cheerful living room with a plush couch and smart TV, perfect for movie marathons on rainy days. The heart of the home is a compact yet well-equipped kitchen featuring a cozy island and stools for morning coffee. The modern bathroom is bright and spacious, adding to the home's fresh feel. For beach-bound adventures, a front hall mudroom provides essential gear including beach towels, chairs, a cart, and toys.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this private property. Wash away the sandy toes in the warm outdoor shower—one of those simple pleasures that makes a snug cottage feel just right. The expansive private yard is perfect for outdoor games, while the shaded dining area with seating for six and a gas grill invite alfresco meals under the sun.

Located steps from Diego's, Anthony's Seafood, Pasta Vino, and everything Aquidneck Ave has to offer, you are in the heart of the action. Explore the scenic Cliff Walk or take a short ten-minute drive to experience Newport's world-class restaurant scene and iconic Mansions. Miles of walking, biking, and running trails also begin right outside your door.
