The top floor serves as the heart of the house, featuring a spacious open living room and kitchen area drenched in great natural lighting from plenty of windows—the perfect setting for a home-cooked meal or a cozy movie night. This level also includes one full bathroom. The main level contains three bedrooms and a second full bathroom. The bottom floor is equipped with a fourth bedroom and a small den area, ensuring plenty of space for everyone.

Sleeping arrangements are as follows:

• Main Floor: Three bedrooms, each with a Queen size bed
• Bottom Floor: One bedroom with a Full size bed and a den area with a full size sleeper sofa

This home is designed for comfort, featuring five mini split units distributed throughout the property—one on the upper level and one in each bedroom, including the basement level—to keep your group cool after a long sunny day at the beach.

Outdoor living is where this property truly shines. The large and private backyard provides a wonderful space for children to play. Guests can rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower before relaxing on the amazing double deck space, complete with a gas grill for BBQing. For a truly special experience, the rooftop level deck showcases a gorgeous ocean view in the distance, providing an ideal spot for morning coffee or sunset cocktails.

Located in a prime spot, the home is walkable to Roger Wheeler Beach and just a short distance from Narragansett's favorite Point Judith eateries, including Iggy's, Carries, and Spain.

• Linen Policy: To ensure maximum cleanliness, fresh bed sheets, towels, and bathmats are delivered to your doorstep in a large linen bag, individually packaged. Guests are responsible for making their own beds.
