The layout is thoughtfully arranged with three bedrooms located upstairs and one downstairs, complemented by a den with an additional bed. Sleeping arrangements include four Queen beds, a sofa bed in the first living room, and a full bed in the second living room, ensuring everyone has a place to rest.

The interior boasts a large open floor plan that seamlessly connects the kitchen, living, and dining areas. These spaces lead directly to a nice deck overlooking a large private yard, providing a serene setting for outdoor relaxation. The home is equipped with oversized rooms and essential comforts including A/C, cable, wifi, laundry facilities, and a grill with deck furniture. As a special bonus, guests will be reimbursed for the purchase of a Seasonal Rhode Island State Beach pass for one vehicle.

Within two miles, you can enjoy fresh lobsters right off the boat, farm-fresh corn and tomatoes, and hand-churned ice cream. Guests are kindly asked to bring any additional supplies needed beyond these starters.
