The home features three full bathrooms located on the second floor, along with a convenient half bath positioned off the newly renovated kitchen. Beyond the bedrooms, the layout offers versatile communal spaces, including a bonus room and a screened-in sun room, providing ample areas for groups to gather or for guests to find space for independent lounging. After a long day of catching waves, you can unwind and relax in the inviting living room area.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. The backyard is equipped with an enclosed outdoor shower, perfect for washing off the sand before heading inside. Guests can also gather in the outdoor seating area to enjoy a meal prepared on the gas grill.
