Designed to accommodate up to 10 guests, the home features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. For maximum accessibility, all four bedrooms and both bathrooms are located on the main floor. The sleeping arrangements are complemented by a versatile layout, including two common areas and a lower-level finished basement that provides a smaller second living room and a dedicated built-in desk for those needing a quiet place to work.

This well-equipped property is packed with features to ensure a comfortable stay. Interior highlights include central AC and TVs in every bedroom as well as the common areas. The outdoor space is a true sanctuary, featuring a lush, private, fenced-in backyard perfect for spending quality time with loved ones. You will find a deck with a table and chairs, a picnic table, two grills, lobster pots, and a convenient hot/cold outdoor shower to rinse off after a day in the sun.

To make your beach excursions effortless, the home includes a shed stocked with five beach chairs, a beach cart, and beach toys. The location is unbeatable, situated just 0.7 miles from Narragansett Town Beach. Guests can also enjoy a short walk to local restaurants, cafes, shops, a playground, and basketball courts.

Linen and Supply Policy: To ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, fresh bed sheets, bath towel sets, hand towels, kitchen towels, and bathmats are delivered to your doorstep in a large linen bag, with each item individually packaged in plastic. Guests are responsible for making the beds as part of this cleanliness assurance process. Starter supplies are provided, including one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo and conditioner sets, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, three trash bags, a new sponge, and hand soaps. Please plan to bring any additional supplies needed for the duration of your stay.
