The sleeping arrangements include a luxurious King bed in the first bedroom, Queen beds in the second and third bedrooms, and two Twin beds in the fourth bedroom.

Designed for both indoor comfort and outdoor enjoyment, the property boasts an impressive array of features:

• Outdoor Entertainment: A private yard complete with a gas grill, outdoor shower, wood-burning fire pit with seating, an outdoor dining area, and a screened patio with seating.
• Indoor Living: Two distinct living areas equipped with 3 Smart TVs, laptop-friendly workspaces, a dining table, and ceiling fans for optimal comfort.
• Full Kitchen: A well-equipped space featuring a Keurig Duo with drip coffee and K-cups, double oven, microwave, toaster, stove, oven, refrigerator, and all necessary dishware and flatware.
• General Conveniences: Central air conditioning and heating, washer/dryer, and a driveway that accommodates up to 4 vehicles.

Guests should note that stairs are required for access and the home is equipped with one Nest doorbell facing the outdoor entry. To ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, bed sheets and towels are delivered to the doorstep in individually packaged plastic within a large linen bag; guests are responsible for making their own beds. A starter kit of supplies is provided, including paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, dishwasher and laundry pods, trash bags, a sponge, and hand soaps. Please plan to bring any additional supplies needed for your stay.
