The home is configured with 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. The top floor is dedicated to a lofted primary suite featuring panoramic views of the mountains, a dedicated workspace equipped with a monitor, and an en suite bathroom with a sleek glass shower. This open-concept suite is bathed in natural light during the morning hours. The main level offers a warm and sophisticated open-concept layout connecting the living, dining, and kitchen areas. This floor includes a full bathroom with a tub and shower, convenient in-unit laundry, and an expansive deck for taking in the breathtaking scenery. The lower level houses two beautifully appointed bedrooms: one featuring a queen bed with mountain views, and another containing two custom bunk beds equipped with individual reading lamps and USB charging ports. A stylish lounge area connects these rooms and opens to the outdoor spaces.

While there are no private amenities listed on-site, guests receive two guest passes to the Waterville Estates community center located directly across the street. This facility offers two indoor pools, two seasonal outdoor pools, two hot tubs, a gym, a sauna, and locker rooms. Additional passes for guests aged 8 and older can be purchased at the front desk.

Located in the heart of the White Mountains, the retreat is minutes from Artist's Bluff, Franconia Notch, Flume Gorge, Lost River Gorge, and the Kancamagus Scenic Byway. It is an ideal base for leaf-peeping, hiking, exploring waterfalls, and visiting Lake Winnipesaukee.

• Winter Travel: All-wheel drive is strongly recommended due to steep mountain roads and a steep driveway, though they are plowed regularly.
