The home is completed by one bathroom, ensuring a cozy and streamlined stay for your group.

Inside, you will find a space that is thoughtfully refreshed, featuring a modern kitchen with all new appliances, a dedicated dining area, and a family room anchored by a large screen TV. For those looking to enjoy the outdoors, the backyard provides a lovely patio complete with furniture and a barbecue for open-air dining. To make your beach transitions seamless, the property includes everyone's favorite amenity: a convenient outdoor shower.

Beyond the home, guests have access to a private neighborhood dock on the salt pond. This provides a wonderful opportunity to swim, kayak, or paddleboard right from the dock, though please note that watercraft are not provided and activities are conducted at your own risk.

Practical details for your stay include a check-in time of 3:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. To ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and reassurance, fresh linens—including bed sheets, bath towel sets, hand towels, kitchen towels, and bathmats—are delivered to your doorstep in a large linen bag, individually packaged in plastic. Guests are responsible for making the beds upon arrival. Starter supplies are provided, including a limited amount of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, dishwasher and laundry pods, trash bags, a sponge, and hand soap. Please plan to bring any additional supplies needed for the duration of your visit. Please note that pets are not allowed.
