Designed for families and couples, the cabin features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. The first floor hosts a king master bedroom with a full bath. The second floor provides two additional king bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and TV. For additional flexibility, the loft includes a sofa with a pull-out bed, while the lower level offers a Queen suite with a full bathroom and twin bunk beds.

Inside, the living room impresses with high ceilings and a great fireplace with wood provided for those chilly days after a day on the snow. The lower level is a dedicated space for relaxation, featuring a large TV, big leather couch, a two-person basketball game, and a video game. Outdoor living is equally impressive, with a large wrap-around porch for taking in mountain views, a separate porch for listening to the river, and a large outdoor patio with a firepit. A gas grill is conveniently located just off the sliding door.

Situated directly on the Ammonoosuc River with over 300 feet of river frontage, guests can access the water via rock steps (entered at your own risk). The property is adjacent to the White Mountain National Forest and is just 6-8 minutes from the Mt Washington Hotel and Bretton Woods Ski Area. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the immediate access to hiking, biking, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing, with a major snowmobile trail located right up the street.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets are allowed with the owner's advance approval and an additional $100 pet fee. Please note the cancellation policy: a 100% refund (less a $100 fee) is available for cancellations made more than 45 days prior to arrival; no refunds are issued for cancellations within 45 days.
