For entertainment and relaxation, guests can enjoy a Samsung 50" 4K Smart TV, two distinct living room areas, and an insulated Sunroom equipped with a ceiling fan. The main house is kept cool with central air, ensuring a comfortable environment throughout your stay. Located in the desirable pier area, the home is ideally positioned for exploring. You are only a mile from the Narragansett Town Beach wall and just a short walk from the grocery store, Salt Pond Shopping Center, and many of the Pier's favorite restaurants, eateries, and shops. As a special bonus, guests will be reimbursed for the purchase of a Seasonal Rhode Island State Beach pass for one vehicle.

Practical details include a check-in time of 3:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. To ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, fresh linens—including sheets, towels, and bathmats—are delivered in individually packaged plastic within a large linen bag; guests are responsible for making the beds. Starter supplies are provided, including basic paper products, shampoo, conditioner, and a few laundry and dishwasher pods. Guests should plan to bring any additional supplies needed for longer stays.
