Inside, the layout flows from a large living room into a quaint kitchen and dining area. The sleeping arrangements are designed for comfort, consisting of 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 6 guests. The bedroom configuration includes one room with a Queen size bed and two rooms each featuring a Full size bed, all of which offer ample storage and closet space.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. Guests can relax in the spacious backyard or enjoy evening dinners and lounging on the patio deck, which comes equipped with seating and a BBQ grill. As a special bonus to enhance your coastal experience, guests will be reimbursed for the purchase of a Seasonal Rhode Island State Beach pass for one vehicle.

To ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, linens including bed sheets, bath towel sets, hand towels, kitchen towels, and bathmats are delivered to the doorstep in a large linen bag, with each item individually packaged in plastic. Guests are responsible for making the beds as part of this intentional cleanliness process. For your convenience, a starter kit is provided, including a roll of paper towels, toilet paper for each bathroom, shampoo and conditioner sets, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, three trash bags, a new sponge, and small bars of hand soap. Please plan to bring any additional supplies needed beyond these starter items.
