Designed to accommodate up to 4 guests, the layout features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully organized for comfort and flexibility, consisting of one queen bed in the private bedroom and an additional queen bed located in the living area under a lovely skylight. For added privacy, a partition is available for the second bed, which can be folded and stored during the day. For those needing extra space, the condo also includes a sleeper sofa.

This home is thoughtfully equipped to ensure a comfortable stay. The interior features ceiling fans in each room, with three additional standing fans available in the guest closet. During the summer months from late May through October, a window AC unit is installed in the main living area to keep the space cool. For laundry needs, the unit includes a GE ventless combo washer-dryer; a large drying rack is provided in the bathroom closet to assist with the steam-drying process. Access to the home is convenient, featuring both a common entrance and a private spiral staircase, with two designated parking spots for guests.

Situated in a prime location, the condo puts you near some of Narragansett’s favorite restaurants and venues, and is located near Eastward Look. Whether you are here for the scenery or the local dining, the location is unbeatable.

To ensure a fresh and clean experience, bed sheets, bath towel sets, hand towels, kitchen towels, and bathmats are delivered to your doorstep in a large linen bag, individually packaged in plastic. Guests are responsible for making the beds as part of this cleanliness process. Starter supplies are provided, including one roll of paper towels, toilet paper in the bathroom, shampoo and conditioner, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, three trash bags, a new sponge, and hand soap. Guests are kindly asked to bring any additional supplies needed beyond these starter items.
