Guests are renting directly from a timeshare owner; while you may be asked to attend a timeshare presentation, there is no obligation to do so. Please be aware that resort pools and hot tubs are closed for renovation through November 2024, which may result in temporary on-site noise and limited parking. Ocean views are requested but not guaranteed, and specific suite locations cannot be promised.
