The living area is an oasis of comfort, furnished with new La-Z-Boy leather power reclining sofa and recliners. For those needing a quiet workspace, the master bedroom includes a Pottery Barn dresser with a foldout desk. To ensure a peaceful night's sleep, both bedrooms are equipped with light blocking shades.

Enjoy breathtaking water views from the deck, the living room, and the guest bedroom, providing the perfect vantage point to watch boats sail by and witness the sunset over the water. The home is further enhanced by the convenience of central AC to keep you cool during the summer months.

The neighborhood offers an idyllic coastal experience. Just a 3-minute walk down the street, the salt pond beach provides calm waters, a swimming dock, picnic tables, and a bonfire pit with seating. Practical details for your stay include a check-in time of 3:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. To ensure maximum hygiene and transparency, bed sheets, bath towel sets, hand towels, kitchen towels, and bathmats are delivered to your doorstep in a large linen bag, with each item individually packaged in plastic. Guests are responsible for making the beds as part of this cleanliness process. Starter supplies are provided, including one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo and conditioner sets, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, three trash bags, a new sponge, and small bars of hand soap. Please plan to bring any additional supplies needed beyond these starters. Please note that pets are not allowed.
