The sleeping arrangements are designed for variety and comfort: the upstairs level hosts two bedrooms each featuring a king bed, while the main level offers a bedroom with a queen bed. Additional sleeping space is available via a room with a twin-over-full bunk bed and two twin beds, along with a queen pull-out couch located in the main floor den.

• Please remove shoes at the entrance
• Guests are asked to leave the home in the condition it was found, including returning furniture to original spots
• Trash policy: A fee of $5 per bag applies if more than 3 bags of trash are left
