The heart of the home is an open floor plan featuring a full kitchen with stone counters, island seating, and stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, stovetop, microwave, and refrigerator. Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: Maximum 2 vehicles in the garage and driveway. One RV parking space is available (no hookups). No street parking permitted on the 15th of each month due to street sweeping.
• Pets: Dogs welcome (maximum 2 dogs, 40 lbs or under) for a flat $150 pet fee. Cats are not allowed.
• Community Access: A QR code for gated entry will be provided via email and phone. For HOA security, vehicle make, model, year, color, and license plate must be provided after booking.
• House Rules: Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No parties or loud music. The fireplace is not available for guest use.
