The sleeping arrangements include a Queen size bed in the first bedroom—which also features its own TV—and a Full size bed in the second bedroom. Both rooms are thoughtfully designed with dressers and closet space to make unpacking and traveling a breeze. A full bathroom with a bath/tub combination is centrally located between the two bedrooms for easy access.

Inside, the home is bathed in natural light courtesy of strategically placed skylights in the bedroom and the open kitchen and living room area. The living space is centered around two cozy couches, ideal for a relaxing movie night. The kitchen is conveniently situated off the dining area, making it simple to prep meals before heading out to one of the two decks for outdoor dining and BBQs. To ensure a comfortable stay during the warmer months, two AC window units provide a cool refuge. After a long day at the beach, guests can refresh themselves in the outdoor shower, which features both hot and cold water.

Practical details for your stay include a check-in window from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. To ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, fresh bed sheets, towels, and bathmats are delivered to your doorstep in individually packaged plastic within a large linen bag; guests are responsible for making their own beds. Starter supplies are provided, including paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, dishwasher and laundry pods, trash bags, a sponge, and hand soap. Guests are kindly asked to bring any additional supplies needed beyond these initial items.
