Practical Information: Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. This is a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed. Please note that the home cannot accommodate wheelchairs. For guest safety, there is an outdoor doorbell camera and a camera over the garage, as well as a noise detector to ensure neighborhood peace; no cameras are located inside the interior. Guests are required to sign a rental agreement and provide a security deposit, which is processed 3 days prior to arrival and returned 3 days after departure pending no serious damages.
