Located in a rural part of Ludlow, the property is approximately 10 minutes from Okemo Mountain. Please be aware that the surrounding area is home to local wildlife, including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears; guests are asked to be mindful and avoid leaving food or trash outdoors. Due to the rural location, power or internet may occasionally be interrupted during inclement weather.

House Rules & Policies:

• Maximum Occupancy: Strictly 9 guests, including infants, per fire code. Exceeding this limit will result in cancellation.
• Pet Policy: Up to two small, hypoallergenic dogs under 35 lbs are welcome for a fee ($150 + tax for the first dog, $50 + tax for the second). Cats are not permitted due to allergies. Dogs must remain leashed outdoors.
• Cancellation: No exceptions to the cancellation policy are made; traveler's insurance is highly recommended.
