The kitchen is fully equipped with every cooking necessity, including state-of-the-art large and small appliances to ensure a seamless stay.

Step outside onto your private deck to watch breathtaking sunsets over the desert mountains, or head just around the corner to the east side pool house. As a guest, you have full access to the resort's incredible offerings, which make Sky Valley the desert's best kept secret. You can unwind in any of the 13 natural mineral pools, explore scenic hiking trails, or stay active on the tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts. The community also features a gym, a library, and a charming market and café at the clubhouse, with a local farmer's market held every Wednesday, weather permitting.

Practical details for your stay include a check-in time of 3:00 PM and a check-out time of 11:00 AM. For your peace of mind, the home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before and after every guest group. Sky Valley is a secure, gated community; a gate code will be provided upon arrival. Parking for one vehicle is available in the driveway, with additional guest parking available via the clubhouse. The resort is highly walkable, bike-friendly, and golf carts are available for guest rental during the winter season.

To maintain the tranquility of this family-friendly community, the maximum occupancy is strictly 2 guests. Smoking of any kind is prohibited. Pets are welcome with a $50 fee per pet (maximum of 2 pets). Please be mindful of noise levels to ensure all residents and guests enjoy a peaceful environment.
