The second large bedroom offers a queen bed, comfortable window nook for reading, and dedicated workspace with auto raise-and-lower desk functionality. The third bedroom includes a trundle bed with two twin memory foam mattresses, perfect for families.

The heart of the home features a fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, dishwasher, and large island seating for 5. Multiple coffee makers include Nespresso, French Press, and Chemex options, plus multi-stage filtered water for worry-free drinking. The spacious living room offers a comfortable sofa that converts to a full-size bed with memory foam mattress, plus smart 4K TV with Dolby Atmos sound system. The dining room provides seating for 6 with abundant natural light.

Outdoor amenities include a rear deck with propane grill and dining table for 6, plus plenty of built-in seating along the deck perimeter. Additional conveniences feature GE smart washer and dryer, Level 2 EV charger with J1772 plug, and comprehensive heating via automated mini-split system and baseboard heaters. The heavily wooded location includes a cell signal booster inside the house for enhanced reception. Please note the property is located on an unpaved road, and winter tires are strongly recommended during winter months.
