Minimum age and liability The primary tenant must be aged 25 years or older and must be present for the duration of the stay. He is responsible for the behavior of all persons present on the premises.

Number of guests Only guests registered in the booking are allowed to stay at the cottage. All guests must be declared when booking, and the rate will be adjusted based on the number of guests. Additional charges may apply if the number of guests exceeds the original number of guests.

Pets Maximum of 2 dogs are allowed per stay. They must be supervised at all times. A fee applies for pets and must be added to your reservation. Specific rules will be communicated regarding the management of animals during the stay, and they must be followed to ensure the safety and comfort of all.

No Smoking Strictly no smoking is allowed, regardless of the type of substance, inside the cottage. A cleaning fee will be automatically deducted from the deposit if smoke is detected.

Outside fires Floor fires are strictly prohibited. An external place provided for this purpose is available at the cottage. The fire must be extinguished if left unattended.

Fireworks Fireworks are prohibited at all times.

Respect for places and the neighborhood The tenant and his guests undertake to respect the premises as well as the neighborhood. Noise should be maintained at a reasonable level, both indoors and out.

Parties & Events Parties, parties, or gatherings are not allowed without permission.

Checkout instructions We ask that you follow the checkout instructions that will be provided to you. Furniture must be returned to its original location. A fee may be applied for excessive cleaning or if checkout instructions are not followed.

Forestry Since the cottage is located in the middle of the forest, it can happen that small animals or insects appear despite our efforts to keep the place clean and safe, especially thanks to our extermination teams. We ask that you do not leave doors and windows open unprotected (like screens), in order to avoid the intrusion of these animals and ensure a comfortable stay for everyone. We count on your vigilance to help maintain a pleasant environment.

Damage We understand that accidents happen. Please let us know if any damage occurred during your stay. Any damage caused by the tenant or their guests will be the responsibility of the tenant.

Maintenance and unforeseen conditions During the stay, interventions relating to outdoor maintenance (including snow removal, lawn maintenance and others) as well as the operation and maintenance of the spa and sauna may be carried out. The schedules of these interventions are not predefined and may vary depending on weather conditions. All interventions are carried out in accordance with the standards of safety, discretion and professionalism, without compromising the comfort or tranquility of the guests. The property may be affected by unforeseen power outages or noise from nearby construction or work sites. We cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience or discomfort that may result, as these situations are beyond our control and cannot be the subject of any prior information. No refund, compensation or damages will be granted in such circumstances.
