The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed and a private bathroom with stunning views of the desert landscape, while the other two bedrooms each feature a queen-sized bed. For additional guests, a pull-out sofa is available in the living room.

Inside, you will find a living area perfect for unwinding on cozy couches while enjoying the 65" Sony OLED TV. The fully equipped kitchen boasts new black stainless KitchenAid appliances, including a refrigerator with ice maker, stovetop, dishwasher, and microwave. The home is rounded out with thoughtful touches like a Bluetooth record player and a Nespresso coffee maker.

The outdoor experience is truly extraordinary, situated on a 2-acre fully fenced private lot gorgeously landscaped with over 100 native plants and trees. Guests can relax in the unique sunroom, lounge by the custom cowboy pool, or gather around the outdoor wood-burning fire-pit for s'mores. For stargazing enthusiasts, a telescope and star chart are provided to identify the constellations. Additional resort access across the street provides a second shared tiered hexagonal aqua blue cowboy pool and a private nightclub/movie theater available for hourly rental.
