🕒 Check-In • Self-Check-in: After 3:00 PM – Smart Lock Codes & Directions will be communicated 3 days before your stay

👥 Occupancy & Guests • Maximum occupancy: 6 guests • The minimum age to book our home is 21. • Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Third party bookings are not allowed.

👥 Guest House Rules and Security Deposit • House rules must be signed within 48 hours of booking • Security Deposit required of $300. Deposit to be processed buy host on Guest Credit Card

🚗 Parking • On-site parking is available on the driveway. • Please be mindful of our neighbors and do not block neighboring driveways.

📶 Wi-Fi & Internet Usage • WiFi Password can be found in our welcome book. High-speed Wi-Fi is FREE for guest use. • We ensure compliance with all data privacy laws

🚭 Smoking • Smoking is not permitted inside the house or within 20 feet of the house. • Smoking inside the house will result in a $500 smoking remediation fee.

🐾 Pets • Pets are not allowed on the property. • If a pet is seen or suspected, you will be billed $500 deep cleaning fee.

🎉 Parties & Events • Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited. • Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours.

🔇 Quiet Hours • Quiet hours are from 9:30 PM to 10:00 AM. • Please keep noise levels down during these times to respect our neighbors.

🔐 Security • Ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property. • Do not share access codes or keys with anyone outside your party.

🧹 Property Use: Cleanliness & Maintenance • Please remove your shoes upon entering our home. • Please treat the property with respect and keep it clean. • Dispose of trash in the designated bins. • Please do not rearrange furniture or decor. • Turn off lights and appliances when not in use. • Report any damages or maintenance issues promptly.

🛏️ Bedding & Towels • Please do not remove bedding or towels from the property. • Used towels can be placed in the main bathroom tub.

🧯 Safety • Do not tamper with smoke/carbon monoxide detectors or fire extinguishers • A Blink doorbell and floodlight are on the exterior of our home that scans the front exterior of the property and driveway.

📜 Local State and Federal Regulations • As a registered short-term rental in New Hampshire, please adhere to all local, state & federal laws.

🕒 Check-Out • Check-out: By 10:00 AM • Before you check-out we would appreciate it if you would please: • Start the dishwasher • Leave beds un-made. No need to strip beds • Gather used towels and put them in the main bathroom tub • Put trash in the trash bins outside. • Check all drawers and closets for any of your belongings. • Turn off the lights. • Lock the smart lock as you leave by pressing the fingerprint button on the lock. • Lastly, Have a safe trip home!
