Perched on the third floor, this residence offers a serene sanctuary where you can soak in stunning mountain views from your own large private balcony. It is truly the perfect space to hang your hat after a long day of adventuring in the great outdoors.

This thoughtfully designed unit comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. The sleeping arrangements feature one bedroom with a luxurious King bed, while the living area provides additional flexibility with a Queen pullout sofa.

Inside, you will find a welcoming living space designed for relaxation and convenience. The home includes a full kitchen equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, a breakfast bar that seats two, and a dining table with room for four. Warm up by the gas fireplace or take advantage of the in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience. The bathroom is a highlight of the home, featuring a large soaking tub, a stand-alone glass shower, and a private toilet area. For your comfort, shampoo, conditioner, soap, linens, towels, and robes are all provided.

While the property is nestled in the heart of the mountainside community, guests have access to a wealth of exciting activities. You can enjoy a year-round outdoor pool and hot tub, or take advantage of the ice skating rink, climbing wall, and pickleball and tennis courts.
