• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM- Pets are permitted with a fee- Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM- Maximum occupancy: 6 individuals | Maximum parking: 3 vehicles- Firewood for the outdoor fire pit is not included- STRICT RULE: Personal motorized watercraft, jet skis, or personal kayaks/paddleboards are NEVER allowed on Lake Coventry. Violation results in automatic cancellation without refund- Use of watercraft requires a signed waiver and life jackets- Guests should be aware of New England nature, including insects, pollen, and wildlife
