The entrance opens into a large mud room and ski locker area, leading to a spacious main floor featuring a well-stocked kitchen, a separate dining area, and a comfortable great room anchored by a cozy gas fire. The living area is surrounded by a garden and expansive outdoor decking, providing a seamless connection to the mountain air.

Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed to provide privacy for all guests:

• Upper Floor: A large master suite featuring one king bed and an enormous ensuite bathroom equipped with two showers, two vanity stations, a tub, and a private sauna.
• Main Floor: One bedroom with a queen bed and its own ensuite bathroom.
• Basement: A bedroom with two twin beds and a separate bunk room with two bunks (twin over full), both sharing a large bathroom.

The bright basement also includes high ceilings and a large den area with a new sectional sofa bed, as well as a laundry closet with a full-size washer and dryer.

• Security: A $700 security deposit hold is applied the day before arrival
• Cancellation: 96% refund if cancelled more than 61 days prior to arrival; no refund within 61 days
