Designed for flexible living across three floors, the home features 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. The upper level hosts a large master bedroom suite with a king-size bed and ensuite bath, alongside a second bedroom with twin beds and its own ensuite. The main floor provides a third bedroom with twin beds and an ensuite. The light-filled basement, featuring high ceilings and serene views of the woods, offers a queen bedroom and a bunk room with four twin beds, perfect for children, served by a large shared bathroom.

At the center of the home is a gorgeous, airy great room anchored by a cozy gas fire and a stylish, newly renovated kitchen. A large dining table ensures there is plenty of room for everyone to gather. Practicality meets luxury with a private entrance featuring a mud room and ski locker, and a large private deck that leads directly to the trail. For convenience, a laundry closet with a full-size washer and dryer is located in the basement.

Beyond the front door, you are moments away from the best of Jay Peak. The Tram Base and Pumphouse Indoor Water Park are a short 5-minute walk away, while the concert amphitheater is just 10 minutes on foot. Guests can explore the Ice Skating Arena, Spa and Fitness Center, Nordic Ski and Snowshoe Center, and the "Clips and Reels" Recreation Center. The free Jay Peak shuttle runs year-round, stopping right by the condo for easy access to Stateside and other resort highlights.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are absolutely not allowed. All outdoor footwear must be removed in the mud room before entering. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Guests are asked to respect the community by maintaining quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. A $700 security deposit hold is applied the day before arrival. Access to resort facilities like the pool and water park is available for an additional fee via day passes purchased from the resort.
