► Quiet hours: 9PM – 8AM. Please note before booking that this is not a party house. The house is in a quiet, noise-intolerant neighborhood and quiet hours start at 9pm. This house is meant for enjoying the quietude of the National Park. Excess noise can result in fines and the termination of your reservation without refund. ►After booking, guests will receive a secure link to our guest portal to complete identity verification, where an optional damage waiver is offered for added protection but is not required. ► Sound Limitations: Per Yucca Valley noise ordinance, sound must be kept below 55 dB during the day (about the level of normal conversation), and below 45 dB (about the level of a quiet office) between 9pm and 8am. We do not allow playing music on speakers at the house at any time, as it violates these thresholds. ► PLEASE DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING OTHER THAN TOILET PAPER. (No wipes of any kind, feminine hygiene products, paper towels, etc.) ► NO FIRES, including candles, except for fireplaces, the propane backyard fire pit and BBQ. This is a high-risk fire area, please help us prevent wildfires. ► No smoking of any kind indoors. Please smoke at least 20 feet away from the property and responsibly dispose of any cigarette butts. This is a high-risk fire area; please be sure they are fully extinguished. ► No commercial or location-based photo/video shoots without prior written consent. ► No parties (more than 10 people on the property will constitute a party) ► Guest maximum: 10 people. ► No pets except for ESAs and service animals only. It would be greatly appreciated if you notify us that you are bringing an ESA or service animal prior to your reservation. ► Keep doors closed at all times. Open doors invite bugs, mice and other desert critters in. ► No off-road vehicles allowed. ► Please ensure the hot tub and cowboy tub covers are always replaced when it’s not in use. The covers prevent desert critters from falling into the water, keeping both the wildlife safe and the tubs clean. Additionally, without the cover, the hot tub cannot maintain its temperature, and it can take hours or even days to heat back up to 104°F. ► Guest agrees to pay violation fees assessed by the county for incidences that occurred during their stay, including sound violations and all other fines by not complying with city rules.

We want our guests to enjoy my space, however if house rules are broken, the following fees will apply: ► $500 unauthorized pet fee. ► $1000 unauthorized commercial photo/video shoot fee. ► Market rate for cost to replace any broken or destroyed items.

By making this reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and will comply with all house rules. You also acknowledge and accept that the host has the right to keep the security deposit amount in full, if any of the rules below are not adhered to.

Liability Waiver: By making your reservation you and the other members in your party as the guests agree to release the hosts and owners from all liability, including financial responsibility relating to injuries & personal property damage that may occur during your stay. You understand that using the property, using the hot tub, climbing or exploring anywhere on the property is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with using the hot tub, other amenities, or hiking and/or climbing. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising while on the property and hold hosts and owners harmless.
