This spacious home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The layout is thoughtfully designed across two floors. The upstairs level includes a master suite with a king-size bed and an ensuite bath, offering a peaceful view into the woods, alongside a second bedroom featuring two brand-new twin beds. The first floor hosts a third bedroom with a brand-new queen bed and its own ensuite access. For additional flexibility, a queen sleeper sofa is located in the living room.

Inside, you will find a large, spacious living area anchored by a cozy gas fireplace, perfect for warming up after a day on the slopes. The central modern kitchen is fully equipped to cater for 8 people and includes a convenient breakfast bar and a separate dining table. A private entrance with a dedicated mud room and ski locker ensures your outdoor gear stays organized throughout the seasons. Step outside onto the private deck to enjoy a scenic view over the trail.

Situated just steps from the Village Chairlift, the condo is a short 10-minute walk from the Tram Base and Water Park. Guests can utilize the free Jay Peak shuttle, which runs year-round. You are perfectly positioned to enjoy the Pump House Indoor Water Park, Ice Skating Arena, Spa and Fitness Center, and the "Clips and Reels" Recreation Center. The concert amphitheater is also just a 5-minute walk away.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. This is a quiet community with observed quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. A $500 security deposit hold is applied to the credit card on file the day before arrival. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited on the property or within 20 feet of the building, and no pets of any kind are allowed. Access to resort amenities is not included in the booking, but day passes can be purchased directly from the resort.
