Designed for flexible living, the condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The tranquil master suite is a peaceful place to wake up, offering a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom provides versatile sleeping arrangements with a queen bunk (twin over queen) and an additional separate twin bed. For extra guests, the cozy living space includes a queen sleeper sofa with linens.

This open-plan home is designed for sharing and relaxation. The well-stocked, modern kitchen is fully equipped to cater for 8 people, featuring a breakfast bar and a separate dining table. In the living area, you can unwind by the instant gas fireplace. Practical additions include a full-size washer and dryer, and a private entrance with a mud room, gear closet, and lockable ski locker to keep your outdoor equipment organized. Step outside onto the balcony to enjoy serene, pretty views of the woods and the valley.

Located just a short 10-minute walk from the Tram Base and Water Park, the property is also served by the free year-round Jay Peak shuttle. Guests are minutes away from the concert amphitheater and the wide array of resort activities, including the Pumphouse Indoor Water Park, Ice Skating Arena, Spa and Fitness Center, and the "Clips and Reels" Recreation Center. Please note that resort amenities require a separate fee or day pass.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. To maintain the peace of this small community, quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 7 AM. No smoking is permitted on the property or within 20 feet of the building. Pets are absolutely not allowed. A $500 security deposit hold will be applied to the card on file the day before arrival. Cancellations made more than 61 days prior to arrival are refunded at 96%; no refunds are issued within 61 days of arrival.
