The home features a spacious layout with 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 9 guests. The interior is designed for both gathering and relaxation, boasting an atrium-style living room, a separate dining room, and a cozy breakfast nook. For entertainment, guests can head down to the basement game room. The upstairs area includes two King bedrooms, each equipped with its own split AC unit for personalized comfort.

While the interior is refined, the exterior is equally impressive. The grounds include an expansive yard and a private pool, all while providing sweeping views of the surrounding landscape. Please note that the outdoor pool typically operates from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend, weather permitting.

Located in a prime spot, you are just 2 minutes from town and a quick 5-minute drive to the Okemo Base. Because the property is situated in a rural area, guests may encounter local wildlife such as deer, foxes, coyotes, and bears; we kindly ask that you remain mindful of your surroundings and avoid leaving food or trash outside. Due to the incline of the driveway and rural location, a vehicle with AWD or 4WD is necessary and highly recommended during the winter months to navigate snow and ice safely.
