The home is designed for groups to spread out across three levels. According to our layout, the property features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. On the main floor, you will find the primary bedroom featuring a king bed and a walk-in closet. The upper level is a sleeper's paradise with two bedrooms containing a mix of full and twin bunk beds, plus a loft area with additional beds. The living spaces are thoughtfully arranged, including a cozy living room with high ceilings, large windows for natural light, and a gas fireplace to keep you warm.

While the structured amenities list is minimal, the home's design offers exceptional room-specific details. The well-appointed country kitchen boasts granite countertops and a kitchen island, perfect for preparing family meals. For those needing to stay productive, there is a dedicated work area and office space. To unwind, step outside to the two decks or relax in the private outdoor hot tub and by the wood-burning fire pit.

Located in a prime spot for adventure, the chalet is just a 4-minute drive to Pico Mountain and less than 4 miles from Killington Road, providing quick access to the "Beast of the East." Beyond the slopes, guests can enjoy hiking the Long Trail, mountain biking, golfing, or visiting local favorites like McGrath's Irish Pub and Flannels Bar & Grill.

Practical Information:

• Check-in: 5:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Up to two well-trained dogs are permitted with a non-refundable $155 fee and owner approval.
• Hot Tub: An optional $195 setup fee applies from mid-March to mid-December.
• House Rules: This is a private residence and not a party house. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking is permitted outdoors only; indoor smoking carries a $1000 fine.
• Important: Please respect all homeowner's association rules. Trespassing on neighboring properties is strictly prohibited and subject to a $1000 fine.
