Practical Information & House Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM via smart lock
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Maximum Occupancy: Strictly 10 guests (including infants) per fire code
• Pets: Dogs are welcome with a fee of $150 + tax for the first dog and $50 + tax for each additional dog. Dogs must remain leashed outdoors. Cats are not permitted due to allergy concerns
• Winter Access: Due to the driveway incline and local weather, a 4WD or AWD vehicle is required for winter reservations
• Wildlife & Environment: Being in a rural area, guests may encounter deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears; please ensure all food and trash are stored properly
• Utilities: Please be aware that power and internet may be interrupted during inclement weather
• Seasonal Features: Air conditioning units are available in each bedroom and the kitchen during late spring and summer. Heating is available during autumn and winter. The swimming pool is seasonal, typically open from after Memorial Day weekend until October 31st
