This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is designed to accommodate up to 4 guests. The bedroom features a plush queen bed and a full-over-full bunk, while the living area includes a sleeper sofa for additional resting space.

Inside, the space is thoughtfully arranged for relaxation and functionality:

• An open kitchen equipped with all the essentials and counter seating for easy meals.
• A cozy living room featuring a smart TV, an electric fireplace, and plenty of comfy seating.
• A handy workspace tucked away for those needing to catch up on emails.

From Memorial Day to mid-September, guests can also enjoy a seasonal heated saltwater pool, BBQ grills, and a fire pit. To make transit effortless, a free shuttle runs every 15 minutes from Thanksgiving to Easter.

Nestled in a prime location, you are only 0.4 miles from the Killington Snowshed Base and minutes away from Killington's best dining, shopping, and nightlife, including the Pickle Barrel and Wobbly Barn. • Access: Contactless entry via smart lock codes.
• Policies: No pets allowed. Non-smoking and non-vaping throughout the entire property, including decks.
• Rules: Quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Occupants must be over 25; no parties, large groups, or events permitted.
• Requirements: A signed written rental agreement is required.
• Notes: Community laundry is available in the building. The local well water is high in mineral content; bottled water is recommended. Please note that during May through December 2026, nearby construction may result in daytime noise, and specific roof work on Building 3 may impact patio access.
