Discover the ultimate mountain getaway at our cozy and beautifully renovated condo at Fall Line in Killington, Vermont. This inviting retreat is the perfect home base for your next ski trip or summer escape, blending comfort with convenient access to the best of the Green Mountains.

Designed to accommodate up to 6 guests, the layout features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms across two floors. The master bedroom serves as a peaceful haven with a luxurious king-sized bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom is ideal for families, featuring queen-over-queen bunk beds and a separate twin bed, accompanied by its own bathroom. For your entertainment, each bedroom is equipped with a brand-new 55” smart TV, while the living area boasts a large 65” smart TV and a warm wood-burning fireplace to cozy up by after a day in the snow.

While the unit offers a private and relaxing atmosphere, guests have access to fantastic community facilities. The Fall Line community center includes a heated saltwater indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and a small gym. Please note the center is closed for maintenance from mid-April to July 1, and from the Monday after Columbus Day to the weekend before Thanksgiving. For those with electric vehicles, an EV charger is conveniently located outside the center.

Located in the Killington Ski Village area, you are just 1/3 mile from the Snowshed Lodge. From Thanksgiving to Easter, a free shuttle runs every 15 minutes on Saturdays, Sundays, and holiday weeks. For those who prefer a more active commute, a ski home trail is open mid-winter, conditions permitting. The area is surrounded by premier attractions, including the Killington Golf Course (0.5 miles) and popular nightlife spots like Preston's and the Pickle Barrel.

• Policies: No pets allowed ($750 fine for unauthorized pets). This is a non-smoking and non-vaping property.
• Requirements: Minimum booking age is 25. A signed written rental agreement is required.
• Rules: Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. No parties, large groups, or events.
• Extras: Free firewood is available in outdoor racks; pack 'n play and high chairs are available upon request.
