Please observe quiet hours between 10pm and 8am - your neighbors appreciate the consideration.

Parking is limited to 4 vehicles in the horseshoe-shaped driveway and upper parking pad. Please do not park on the road; vehicles parked illegally may be towed at the owner's expense.

The electric baseboards heat each room and can get very hot - please keep towels and belongings at a safe distance to avoid damage. Set thermostats to 65-70 degrees when in use, and lower them to 50 degrees when rooms are unoccupied to help keep electricity costs down.

Please keep all food in the kitchen and dining areas - the upstairs downstairs area is off-limits for food storage, as this helps keep wildlife out of the home.

The front balcony is wonderful for gatherings; please limit occupancy to 6 people at a time and make sure it's closed and locked at night.

If you use the outdoor grill, please watch it carefully and make sure coals are completely extinguished before closing it down for the night. Place cooled ashes in the steel bucket inside the garbage bin.

The home is on a well and septic system. Please flush only toilet paper - nothing else, including feminine products. Flushing other materials can cause serious damage to the septic system, and repair or replacement costs (up to $15,000) would be the guest's responsibility.

Skis and snowboards can be left outside along the front wall.

Garbage and recycling go in receptacles at the front of the house near the driveway. Regular garbage should be in black bags; all recyclables in clear plastic bags. Recycling is accepted for paper (staples are fine), Plastics 1-7 (jugs, yogurt containers), glass containers, aluminum cans, and foil - please rinse items that held food or oil, and no thin plastic bags or scrap metal. Keep the lid closed to discourage bears and wildlife.

Collect any dirty dishes and start the dishwasher. Leave sheets on the beds. (Don’t worry about washing them—we’ve got it covered.) If you used any parking or recreation passes, put them back in their original place. Don't forget to pack up all of your belongings. Leave something behind? Don't worry—if we find your item, we're happy to mail it back to you. You only have to pay for shipping.
