Sleeping arrangements include a luxurious king bed in the primary suite, two queen beds, and one twin bed, ensuring plenty of space for families or small groups. The primary bedroom is located on the upper level and includes the convenience of an ensuite bathroom.

Inside, the open-plan living room serves as the showpiece of the home, boasting vaulted pine ceilings and large picture windows that frame sweeping panoramic Green Mountain views. Guests can relax in plush recliners by the gas fireplace or stream favorites on the smart TV. Practical Information:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: Space for 3 vehicles (please park on the right side facing the house for plow access)
• Hot Tub: Included from late-December to mid-March; an optional $195 setup fee applies from mid-March through mid-December. Use is at your own risk.
• Winter Travel: AWD/4WD or chains are recommended for Round Top Road.
• Rules: Minimum rental age is 25. Non-smoking property ($500 fine for indoor smoking). Quiet hours are 10 PM - 8 AM (monitored via Minut). Fireworks are prohibited.
• Pets: Allowed with prior approval and a pet fee; please keep pets off furniture.
• Security: External camera records the driveway for safety.
• Requirement: A signed rental agreement is required after booking.
